On the banks of the Roanoke River in Plymouth, NC.

Is there a rain date?

No. The festival takes place rain or shine.

Can I use a debit or credit card?

Many vendors accept cards.

Is the festival friendly to all ages?

Absolutely. The event is family friendly.

Where do I park?

Parking is available at various designated locations. There is a short walk from most areas. Shuttle buses run near McDonald’s and in front of Roses on Hwy 64.

Is handicap parking available?

Yes. Located at the former BB&T parking lot at Washington and Main Streets.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Pets must be leashed at all times.

Are there hotel accommodations nearby?

Are stroller or wheelchair rentals available?

No.

What is prohibited at the event?

Alcohol, drugs, weapons, unleashed pets, skateboards, bicycles, golf carts, ATVs, and drones.

How do I volunteer?

Visit Eventeny.com and select the event to apply. You can also call 252-793-6627 for assistance.

How can I become a vendor?

Apply through Eventeny.com under the event listing, or call 252-793-6627. Vendor applications are typically released in January.

Go to the information tent in the center of town, find a volunteer in a safety green shirt, or locate a law enforcement officer.

Are life jackets required on water rides?

Yes. Life jackets are required and provided.

Do you provide a festival map?

Yes. Festival maps are available on the website and through QR codes located throughout the festival grounds.

Are there phone charging stations?

Yes. Located near the Port O’ Plymouth Museum.

Can I smoke or vape at the festival?

Yes. Please be considerate of others. There are no designated smoking areas.

Is the event free?

Admission is free. Fireworks and many activities are free, though some attractions may have a fee.

What kind of medical services are available?

On-site ambulance and EMT services are provided by Washington County EMS.
