Colleen Olfenbuttel and Chris Turner will be our featured speakers at our festival. Colleen has served as the statewide Black Bear and Furbearer Biologist for the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC) since 2007. She is a Certified Wildlife Biologist® and has been working in the wildlife profession for over 20 years.
